Scar acne treatment

Some good sources of vitamin A are apricots, yams, cantaloupe, carrots, spinach, kale and parsley....

But like was pointed out earlier, you don't want to clog the skin with excess oil so you would need to use a light moisturizer that is made for the face as this would not cause clogging of the skin. Do not avoid moisturizing because you have an oily skin. you still need to moisturize your skin. All you need is to be more careful with its application....»
